I'm probably one of the last people to catch up on these guys, but i just can't resist a dose of funk fueled electro. Think of chromeo, dmx krew, the rapture and all that. I've been trying like forever to get my mix recorded, but there's always something more urgent to be done. And with the exams coming up, that's not going to improve, i guess. But i'd like to share a few thingies before i can actually share my mix.

First up is Boys Noize meets Michael Jackson, in a non kiddy-raping kind of way....

Next is Heidi vs. Riton - Vejer (Jesse Rose Back To Yours Dub). Came across this looking for Jesse Rose goodies, and this is one. Not really a fan of the whole Riton-thing, but who am I to judge?

Last is a track from the ever great DFA1979, who split up unfortunately. From their remix album, Romance Bloody Romance: Little Girl (MSTRKRFT edition). A great remix for a great track and a odd reference to the first track posted above.

Digitalism is all over the place nowadays, so i guess i can't stay behind. Supporting Radio Soulwax, releasing new tracks... They remixed the likes of the cure, tiga, the futureheads, the klaxons.... But lesser know and underestimated imho is their remix for Munk's "Disco Clown". If you have the patience to listen the whole track out you'll know what i'm talking about. If you ever saw them live, you're already a fan.

Zoo Brazil caught my attention with "Walk Right Back" on Get Physical, which I thought was more of a DJ-tool then a track. Reminds me of Linus Loves in some way, I assumed they were on Breastfed...
Big surprise to see them on Harthouse, but i guess no one's perfect.
They also have their first full-length actual cd "Zoo brazil needs you" which I haven't got my hands on yet.
Anyways, I've got "My Personal Jesus" for you, my personal favorite.
